By browsing or shopping with Tiny Treasures, you agree to use our site respectfully and lawfully. This means no attempting to disrupt the site, copy our content without permission, or use our shop for anything other than personal, family shopping.

We do our best to photograph and describe every treasure accurately, but fabric tones can shift slightly on different screens. Sizing is a guide, not a guarantee — please check our size chart before ordering.

Placing an order is an offer to purchase, which we accept once your payment is confirmed and your treasure is ready to ship. We reserve the right to cancel or limit orders in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock issues.

All prices are listed in US dollars and may change without notice. Payment is due in full at checkout via any of our accepted payment methods.

Discount codes are applied at checkout and cannot be combined unless stated otherwise. Promotions may be modified or ended at any time and are not valid on prior purchases.

We lovingly pack every order within 1–3 business days. Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees — delays from carriers are beyond our control.

We want every treasure to be loved. Unworn items with tags may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or store credit, following the structure below.

If you create an account with us, you're responsible for keeping your login details safe and for any activity under your account. Let us know right away if you suspect unauthorized use.

All photography, illustrations, designs, and copy on this site belong to Tiny Treasures and may not be copied, reproduced, or used commercially without our written permission.

Tiny Treasures is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of our site or products, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict of law principles, and any disputes will be resolved in that jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms from time to time as our little shop grows. The “Last Updated” date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent version.
