Yes — once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, with the following structure:

• Days 1–7: Eligible for a full refund to the original payment method
• Days 8–14: Eligible for store credit only

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unworn and unwashed
• In original condition
• With tags and original packaging

Due to the limited nature of our collections, we encourage customers to review sizing carefully before purchasing.

We do not process direct exchanges. If you need a different size or style, please place a new order and return the original item within the applicable return window.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

• Limited releases

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos, and we will take care of it promptly.
