• Orders are processed within 2–4 business days.
• We offer complimentary standard shipping on U.S. orders over $75.
• Shipping rates for orders under $75 are calculated at checkout.
• Once your order ships, you will receive tracking details via email.

Please ensure your address is entered accurately at checkout. Tiny Treasures is not responsible for packages delayed or lost due to incorrect address information.

We truly hope you love your Tiny Treasures pieces. If something isn't quite right, we are happy to assist.

Refunds

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for a refund to the original form of payment.
• A $6.95 handling fee will be deducted from refunds.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Store Credit

• Returns made within 14 days of delivery are eligible for store credit.
• Store credit does not expire.

Returned items must be:

• Unworn and unwashed
• In original condition
• With tags attached
• Free from fragrance, stains, or signs of wear

Accessories and clearance items are final sale.

Due to limited production quantities, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you require a different size, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original item within the return window.
