At Tiny Treasures, we are committed to providing high-quality, modest children's clothing. Please review our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing your order, as all purchases are subject to the terms outlined below.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.

To qualify for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused
• All original tags, labels, and packaging must be attached
• The return request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery

Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused and returned to the customer.

• Customers may request a full refund to the original payment method within 7 days of delivery
• Shipping fees are non-refundable

• Returns requested after 7 days and up to 14 days from delivery are eligible for store credit only
• Store credit will be issued once the return is received and approved

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable
• If a return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, Tiny Treasures will provide a prepaid return shipping label

We offer exchanges for size or color, subject to availability.

• Exchange requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery
• Customers are responsible for return shipping
• Replacement items will ship once the original item is received and approved

The following items are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund:

• Sale or clearance items
• Accessories
• Items marked Final Sale

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

• Contact us within 7 days of delivery
• Include your order number and clear photos
• We will replace or refund the item at no additional cost
