When will I receive my items if I order today?
Depending on the Postal Service and UPS, your order will usually arrive in 2-3 business days on the west coast, and 4-6 business days on the east coast.


I can't decide what to get my spouse. Do you have gift certificates?
Yes, we have gift certificates available in $25 and $100 denominations. Follow this link


Do you have a paper catalog you can send me?
We do have a paper catalog, but due to production and mailing costs, it does not include all of our products. For the most complete, up to date, and accurate catalog, please visit our web site.  For the quickest results, go to our Search page.


I will be visiting soon. May I have directions to your store?
We are sorry, but Tiny Treasures, Inc. is an internet based business. We do not have a "brick and mortar" storefront.


Do you offer a gift delivery service?
Tiny Treasures' distinctive, handmade frames and inserts make great gifts for any occasion. We will send these special gifts directly to the lucky recipient, along with your personal message (prices will be our secret). Just tell us it’s a gift and we will take care of the rest. It’s the ultimate in gift-giving convenience; relax and shop at your leisure; we are always open.


What is the best way to clean my frame?
A damp cloth will clean our molding, but for our UV filtered acrylic we recommend an ostrich feathered dusting wand or a mild glass cleaning liquid such as Windex.


I would like to display my collection but I am afraid it will be stolen. What can I do?
Try our security hanger. It is a theft deterrent system that is self leveling. Once installed, it cannot be removed from the wall without the use of a tool.


Why do I need an ultraviolet filter in my frame?
Tiny Treasures frames do not contain glass. Instead, all of our frames come standard with a clear acrylic front, which has a built-in Ultraviolet Filter. Many collectibles will FADE if exposed to light for a long period of time.  This is not a concern for items such as coins and medals.


Can you ship internationally?
We can and do ship internationally, although it is sometimes cost prohibitive. Please contact us for exact shipping rates before ordering.


What is your return policy?
Your satisfaction is our top priority. We do our best to see that you are completely satisfied with each order. If you are not, please let us know within 90 days. We will pick up the item and issue a prompt exchange or a full refund, excluding shipping costs. 


Is it safe to place the State Quarters from my proof set into your State Quarters Insert?
Yes, in fact our air tight holders are actually superior to the US Mint's proof set case. These holders are included with all of our State Quarter frames and inserts.


Do you sell or exchange private customer information to other companies?
No, we do not. We value our own personal privacy and we know that you do, too. Please see our Privacy Policy for complete details.


Is it safe to use my credit card with your shopping cart?
Absolutely, in fact we guarantee that it is. Please see our Shopping Our Site page for details.


Are the items in your displays for sale?
While I suppose that everything has a price, generally the items in our displays are from our own collection and are not for sale.


Do you accept credit cards?
Yes, for your convenience, we gladly accept MasterCard, Visa, Paypal, Discover, and American Express.


How long have you been in business?
Tiny Treasures, Inc. was founded in 1995 and we hope to be around for a long, long, time.


Do you carry artwork?
Presently, no, but we are in the process of looking for artists and publishers to provide us with the same high quality products our customers are accustomed to.


What projects do you have planned for the future?
Because of the highly competitive marketplace, we don't like to discuss our new projects until they are ready for release. But stay tuned as we are always looking to add to our ever growing product line of quality goods.


Can you ship to a PO Box?
Yes, we can ship via US Priority Mail to a PO Box, but it is often more expensive than UPS. You can check the rates within our shopping cart by changing the shipping method on the order form.


I need to receive my order TOMORROW, can you help?
We can ship overnight via UPS Red, but it is quite expensive.  If you have to have it, we will do our best to get it there.
